ULVAC
ULVAC的PBL型油扩散喷射泵、是在中真空领域可以提高排气速度的扩散泵。有效对应异物混入，从发售开始一直至今。
特点
10-1Pa排气速度。
PBL-02～PBL-04型使用不锈钢作为主体（气缸）。 因此。出气少，容易获得高真空，并且性。
与水平喷射泵相比，操作范围向低压侧移动约一位数，但同口径的泵排气速度要大得多，并且排气速度特性也很好。 可在油回转真空泵，机械增压泵和油扩散泵的中间压力下使用，并且安装面积小。
大型泵PBL-06～PBL-20管式加热器直接包含在液压流体中，因此热效率特别高。
